PHOTOS: Residents Disrupt The Traditional Wedding Of Uyo Local Government Chairman

The traditional wedding ceremony of Barrister Mfon Ben, the Transition Chairman, Uyo Local Government Council, Akwa Ibom State and his wife Bridget, was reportedly disrupted by residents of Eyulor Oruko, Urueoffong/Oruko on Saturday, June 24th.

It is not clear what led to the incident or if it happened before or after the event, but from the photos making the rounds on social media, the tents, chairs, tables, equipment, other items were destroyed by residents. Continue to see more photos.
